DOGS. A tour performance in Astana by the Globus Novosibirsk Academic Youth Theatre
The play is inspired by the novella «Farewell, Ravine!»
In a ravine on the edge of the city live free-spirited dogs - proud, kind, wise, loyal, and deeply touching. Each has their own story: an encounter with human indifference, betrayal, or even cruelty. Yet nothing can destroy their faith in the magical door behind which happiness awaits. At night, they breathe in the tender scents of the sky, the darkness, and the moonlight; by day, they savor life’s joys and sorrows and dream of meeting their Human. But none of them could ever imagine what that meeting will bring - fortune, peace, or tragedy…
