Aktobe Regional Museum of Fine and Decorative Arts is one of the key cultural centres of the city of Aktobe and the wider region. Founded in 1981 as a regional exhibition hall, it received official museum status in 2006.

The museum's main mission is to promote and develop the visual arts — including decorative and applied forms — while preserving the cultural heritage of the region. Its collection comprises over 4,000 works, including paintings, graphics, items of folk art, ex libris, and contemporary pieces by Kazakhstani artists.

The museum regularly hosts solo and group exhibitions, workshops, and educational events. It actively collaborates with both emerging and professional artists, organises travelling exhibitions, and fosters cultural dialogue across the region.

The museum operates under the Department of Culture of Aktobe Region and welcomes visitors of all ages. It is a space of inspiration, where the history and modernity of Kazakh art come together in a single gallery.
