The State String Gaziza Zhubanova Quartet is a professional ensemble of musicians with a dedicated following, actively promoting chamber music both in Kazakhstan and abroad.

The year 2025 marks a milestone for the G. Zhubanova Quartet: for 30 years the ensemble has delighted classical music lovers with diverse concert programmes, as well as with striking performances at festivals and on tour.

In the concert “Dialogue of Cultures: From Vienna to the Great Steppe”, masterpieces of world musical art – string quartets by the Viennese classic Joseph Haydn and the early Austrian Romantic Franz Schubert – will be presented alongside the kui Kosbasar by Tattimbet, arranged by Kazakhstani composer Arman Zhaiym.
