Art Therapy Club
Art Therapy Club is a space where, through creativity and the arts, you can work on yourself, improve your life, and find new resources to tackle future challenges.
These are informational and introductory sessions designed for mentally healthy adults who wish to engage in self-exploration and bring positive changes into their lives.
At each meeting, we communicate and explore various topics through painting - about ourselves, our attitudes toward ourselves and others, our loved ones, colleagues, and work.
We talk about what frightens and inspires us, how to experience our emotions, and how to allow ourselves to express them.
We also explore social roles of men and women: how to be a woman/man, a son/daughter.
We touch on important roles like being a sister, a wife, a mother, a professional, a homemaker, a friend - and how to find the energy, time, and resources for everything that matters most.
About the Club Leader
Evgenia Pyatova - practicing psychologist, art therapist, and artist.
«A person whose inner world is peaceful, harmonious, and free of internal conflicts will be significantly more effective in studies, work, and self-realization than someone going through a difficult life phase - whether it be a personal or age-related crisis, separation from a significant person, loss of a loved one, depression, or emotional burnout.
It is important to develop self-reflection, to feel and recognize what is happening within us - in our bodies, emotions, and thoughts - and to analyze this information to access our inner resources. Becoming aware of our core values helps us endure and overcome crises.
Art therapy is one of the most effective methods for achieving this.»
Upcoming Art Therapy Club Sessions
We continue to explore the masterpieces of renowned artists, observing the emotions they evoke and the responses they stir within us - because the language of art is universal.
Participating in art practices will help unlock your creative potential, boost your self-esteem, and often allow for profound insights into long-standing questions, offering new perspectives and solutions.
