Programs:
Standard+:
Museum tour with a guide + gelato tasting + fried ice cream tasting. Average duration: 60–70 minutes.

Advanced:
Museum tour with a guide + gelato tasting + fried ice cream tasting + fondant (sugar paste) workshop. Average duration: 80–90 minutes.

PRO:
Museum tour with a guide + gelato tasting + fried ice cream tasting + fondant workshop + spaghetti ice cream making workshop. Average duration: 100–110 minutes.

Important information:
For groups of 15+ people or special events (tour price from 40,000 KZT), we are open 7 days a week by prior booking from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

No reservation is required for individual visitors.

Discounted tickets apply to children aged 5 to 17 and seniors. Children aged 14+ may attend without an accompanying adult. Children under 5 attend free with a "Standard" ticket (up to two children per one paying adult). For people with Group 1 disabilities and their attendants - 50% discount. For large families, birthday guests, and people with Group 2–3 disabilities - group price applies. Valid supporting documents are required when purchasing tickets.
