A Conversation That Never Happened

We all know that one day we will die, yet we live as if we are immortal. We fail to find the time for heartfelt conversations with those closest to us - and then, all at once, it’s too late. There’s no one left to talk to. Caught up in the bustle of everyday life, the protagonist always thought there would be time to make amends with his old friend Igor. But it turned out that in order to have that conversation, he himself would have to die - and only then, together, could they recall those treasured fragments of their friendship: the laughter, the tenderness, the warmth. And in remembering - never die.
