A BAIQONYR Film Festival entry takes audiences into a story of hope, absurdity, and the strange logic of the crowd - a crowd that can unite only in the face of an enemy.

For seven years, a construction company has failed to complete the residential complex «Venice». Every attempt by the equity holders to take matters into their own hands and finish the buildings themselves ends in failure. Their bizarre, tragicomic gatherings resemble the building of the Tower of Babel, where everyone speaks their own language and no common ground can be found; the only force that can unite them is a shared hatred toward an «external enemy».
