We invite young audience members and their parents to the third concert in the unique “An Hour Without Gadgets” series – the interactive musical journey “Music Paints and Tells Stories”!
It’s best to nurture a child’s artistic taste and introduce them to classical music from an early age. Children’s imagination easily transforms magical sounds into vivid visual imagery.
The programme features works in which music vividly paints pictures — including compositions by J. S. Bach, W. A. Mozart, A. Vivaldi, and other great composers.
Our musicologists will give engaging explanations about how musical instruments work and demonstrate how composers use “sound colours” to create their masterpieces.
The concert will be accompanied by sand animation and landscapes by great artists shown on screen.
The performance features opera soloists, instrumentalists and the Astana Opera Chamber Orchestra. Conductor - Ruslan Baimurzin.
Host: musicologist Marzhan Zhakenova
Tickets purchased at the Astana Opera are exchangeable and refundable only in cases of cancelled or postponed performances. In all other cases, no refunds and exchanges are possible
