The International Day of Older Persons is a special celebration - a day of honour and reverence for maturity and wisdom.

On this festive day, it has become a tradition to hold an annual concert performed live by the Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments.

In 2025, we commemorate the 130th anniversary of the birth of Sergei Alexandrovich Yesenin. One of the most beloved poets of the Silver Age, his works remain at the forefront of literary platforms and readers’ rankings even today.

To mark these occasions, the Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments has prepared a unique programme with the participation of Philharmonic soloists:
