«Bekzat» Premiere!

The Turkistan Musical Drama Theatre opens its 5th season with a new production dedicated to the bright image of the national hero and Olympic champion Bekzat Sattarkhanov.

Kuat Ezhembek’s drama «Bekzat» is more than just the story of an athlete – it is the journey of a courageous son of the nation who carried the dream of his people. The play portrays his childhood and early steps in sport, his struggles and triumphs in the boxing ring, the hopes and worries of his parents, the faith of his coach, the ardor of youth, and the loyalty to his dream.
