Freedom Ticketon is a next-generation ticketing platform that is part of the Freedom Holding Corp. ecosystem. We offer a convenient, transparent, and technology-driven process for purchasing tickets to cultural and sports events that inspire and fill life with bright moments. We sell tickets for a wide range of events: movies, concerts, theatres, sporting events, festivals, museums, and much more. Our service helps organisers and customers easily connect, ensuring convenience and access to the most memorable moments of life.
We aim to make the ticket-buying process simple and seamless so that everyone can easily find and book a ticket for their favourite event.
Our Achievements
Freedom Ticketon holds a leading position in the country's ticketing market, enjoying high levels of trust from both organisers and customers. We have sold nearly 20 million tickets and partner with over 3,000 organisations across Central Asia.
Our History
In 2012, the Ticketon startup emerged in Kazakhstan, making it easier to attend concerts, movies, and theatres. For the first time, tickets could be purchased online — quickly and without queues. The first online ticket purchase via Ticketon took place on April 26, 2012.
The service was launched by Alexey Li (Aviata.kz, Arbuz.kz), Konstantin Gorozhankin (CNP Processing GmbH), and developer Ilya Smolyaninov. From 2015 to 2025, the company was headed by Viktoriya Torgunakova — under her leadership, the platform grew, gained recognition, and secured its place in the market.
In 2022, we became part of the international holding Freedom Holding Corp., and in 2023, we began a major relaunch. Today, Freedom Ticketon is not just a ticketing service but a technological marketplace helping people discover exciting events and plan their leisure with joy.

Our Team
Behind Freedom Ticketon is a team of over 120 people dedicated to making the service convenient and functional. The service is led by professionals with extensive experience who are genuinely passionate about what they do.
With the support of Timur Turlov, CEO of Freedom Holding Corp., Ticketon became part of the Freedom ecosystem and gained new opportunities for scaling and growth.
Alexey Li is the founder of Ticketon.kz and General Director of Freedom Lifestyle. One of the pioneers of online ticket sales in Kazakhstan, he set a new digital pace for the country's cultural life.
Kseniya Sokolova is the head of Freedom Ticketon. She took over leadership of the platform in 2025. Under her guidance, Ticketon continues to expand its market presence and improve the user experience.
We are creating the platform the way we would like to see it for ourselves. By combining expertise in technology, marketing, and customer experience, we are building a service that cares about each user.
Our Initiatives
Freedom Ticketon is not just a ticketing service but an active participant in the country's cultural life. The annual Freedom Ticketon Awards celebrate the best cultural, sports, and social events in Kazakhstan. In 2025, the awards attracted more than 140,000 votes and recognised winners in 27 categories, including cinema, theatre, music, and science. Participants received not only recognition but also real support — promotion and financial prizes to develop their projects.
