«Fariza and Mukagali» – Zhanturin Theatre

This lyrical drama is built around the passionate, soulful poetry of two prominent figures of Kazakh literature, Mukagali and Fariza, as well as their deeply human relationship, marked by mutual respect, admiration, and integrity.

Mukagali, a poet whose turbulent fate was shadowed by envy, betrayal, and rivalry, struggled with illness while expressing his life through verse. Fariza, who understood both his creativity and his soul, offered support and compassion to him.

The performance portrays the sincere friendship and spiritual love between Mukagali and Fariza, two poets whose hearts were close in the world of poetry.
