Do be doo Jazz Picnic

Since 2021, we've been bringing jazz lovers together for a summer picnic.

The summer open-air event by the Stages theatre returns with a new name — Do be do. And it’s more than just a jazz picnic. It’s music, improvisation, delicious food, fresh air, the scenic beauty of Almaty Resort, a golden sunset, and the warm company of those who choose to be present - here and now.

The lineup features stars of jazz and classical music.
Kazakhstan’s jazz legends Irena Aravina & Jazz House, and the energetic Talisman Band.
In the classical programme - the virtuoso Galymzhan Narymbetov and special guest Polina Osetinskaya.

Polina Osetinskaya is one of the most celebrated pianists of our time, performing on major stages since the age of six.
She has graced world-renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York, the Vienna Musikverein, and London’s Barbican, and her discography includes recordings with Sony Music, Naxos, Bel Air, Quartz, and Melodiya.
