Tbilisi, late 19th century. An impoverished nobleman, having squandered his fortune, desperately seeks a wealthy bride to escape his creditors. Meanwhile, a prosperous merchant dreams of a noble title and is ready to marry off his young and beautiful daughter to the aging prince. But the girl’s heart already belongs to a poor schoolteacher… That’s when Khanuma steps in. Clever, fearless, and quick-witted, this matchmaker can outsmart anyone and find a way around any obstacle. With her sharp mind and mischievous charm, she weaves a web of schemes - and in the end, everyone finds their happiness. The story culminates not in one, but three weddings!
