About Stages Theatre:
Stages is a successful independent musical theatre from Almaty, merging theatre, music, and dance. Known for large-scale productions such as The Happy Sing, Tango Condition, Golden Square, Conductor of Love, and more. Rock ‘n’ Roll at Sunset is the theatre’s first piece created for a chamber setting.
«What we see on this stage are not just stars but brilliant professionals. Elena Nabokova and Erken Gubashev could perform even without text or set design - purely on charisma. They both radiate immense charm, both human and artistic. Their characters are endearing and awkward, imperfect yet sincere, and though not entirely honest with each other, deeply moving.» - shared by Olga Malysheva, author of the Telegram channel Olya Goes to the Theatre, about Rock ‘n’ Roll at Sunset.
