Aziz is the son of Syrian refugees who set out for Europe in search of peace. Aisha is a child yet to be born, and perhaps never to be born. Christopher is a young man from a wealthy Canadian family. What are the three of them doing on a mysterious island in the middle of the ocean? How did they get here? And how will they leave? And what do the world’s most influential organisations have to do with their present fate?
