«Make Room for Tomorrow» is a poignant story about elderly people who become hostages to the way they relate to their own children. Boundless love for their sons and daughters turns into blind faith in them - and a willingness to forgive anything.
The timeless question - «Why can children be so cruel in response to kindness?» - should not remain unanswered. This is a message to all of us: to the young, and to those in midlife…
Orpheus and Eurydice, Tristan and Isolde, Romeo and Juliet - what of them!
Try living a whole lifetime together and keeping love alive. The main characters are being separated; they understand they will never see each other again, and they lie to one another in small things so as not to cause pain. Yet they are utterly truthful in one: they were happy TOGETHER.
