An Evening of Prosecco

We invite you to a tasting dedicated to Prosecco - a sparkling wine enjoyed and celebrated around the world. This evening is designed to reveal why Prosecco can be so diverse and how its familiar lightness conceals a wide range of subtle nuances.

We will taste Prosecco from different producers and explore how style, terroir, and the winemaker’s philosophy shape the wine in the glass. You will learn where and how the sparkle is created, understand the difference between DOC and DOCG, and discover why the category labeled Extra Dry often tastes sweeter than Brut.

The tasting program includes no fewer than five wines - from classic, everyday Prosecco to more refined and complex examples from the prestigious appellations of Valdobbiadene and Asolo, where the most expressive interpretations of this style are produced.

You will experience the distinctions between styles, learn to navigate producers and classifications, gain a deeper understanding of Prosecco’s character, and discover it from a more thoughtful and engaging perspective.
