What to expect: A full immersion into Apulian culture: simple food, bold wines, ancient traditions, and a warm Mediterranean vibe.

Meet & greet: A light aperitif and an introduction to the region, why Apulia has more olive trees than people, what trulli are, and why locals are so devoted to living con calma.

Tasting: Signature Apulian wines - from juicy reds to refreshing whites paired with engaging stories about grape varieties, terroir, and the region’s wineries.

Finale: We’ll run a fun «wine race», pick the evening’s favorite, and share impressions!
