«The Magic Flower» (KATMK)

A wealthy merchant had three beautiful daughters, with the youngest being the most beloved. As he prepared to travel overseas for business, he called his daughters and asked:
«What gifts shall I bring you?»
The eldest asked for a golden crown adorned with precious gems,
the middle one requested a crystal mirror from the East,
and the youngest asked for a scarlet flower more beautiful than anything in the world…

This musical spectacle is based on several Russian folk tales. It weaves together the legend of Sadko, a heroic figure of epic tales, and the well-known fairy tale «The Scarlet Flower.»
Filled with songs and unexpected plot twists, the story unfolds in fresh colors and new dimensions.
