Once a dandy and a spendthrift, barber Svyryd Petrovych Holokhvosty finds himself in deep trouble. He owes a fortune, and the creditors are about to arrive at any moment to shut down his barbershop. This nightmare haunts him night after night. What can he do? His only chance is to find a wealthy bride with a rich dowry to quickly fix his dire situation.
