In the heart of the city lies the one-room Apartment 117, home to different families over time. In this 30-square-meter space, five families and ten unique lives have unfolded. Yet, there is a hidden resident in the apartment, the Landlord Spirit (Domovoy). No need to fear, the Domovoy is friendly. Having lived for two centuries, he warmly welcomes each new visitor with his own stories. But the question remains: why does he stay? Why doesn’t he leave? Even he is a mystery unto himself… This play explores the challenges and everyday struggles of different families, showing both the small and significant moments that shape their lives.
