«Serenade of Emotion» - Solo Concert by Nurai Tanabayev
On 31 May 2025 at 17:00, a heartfelt solo concert titled «Serenade of Emotion» by Nurai Tanabayev, a singer from the Folk Song Department and recipient of the «Excellence in Culture» badge, will take place in the Chamber Hall of the Y. Rakhmadiyev State Academic Philharmonic under the Akimat of Astana.
Nurai Tanabayev is a seasoned singer and actor who has dedicated more than 35 years to the stage. From 1985 to 1989, he studied under K. Baibosynov at the Republican Variety and Circus Studio and began his artistic journey at the S. Kozhamkulov Musical Drama Theatre in Zhezkazgan (1989-1991). He went on to perform at the K. Kuanyshbayev Musical Drama Theatre and the State Philharmonic of Astana, where he has been a soloist since 2009, gaining admiration from audiences.

The concert programme will feature touching songs by celebrated composers such as Yeskendir Khasangaliyev, Nurgisa Tlendiyev, Aset Beiseuov, Turdykylysh Iztais, and Seilkhan Saparaliev, along with lyrical works by renowned poets like Mukagali Makatayev, Bakir Tazhibaev, Kadyr Myrzaliev, and Ulykbek Yesdauletov. Pieces like «Asyl Arman», «Säbi Bolğym Keledi», «Anağa Khat», «Nurikamal», and the poetic masterpiece «Gashyqtyq Galamaty» will form the artistic core of the evening.
