The musical «Shamshi», reflecting the life and work of the famous Kazakh composer, puts on stage the struggles, love and compositional facets of the famous personality. How the creative man met difficulties he faced on his life path, with what philosophy he looked at man and society, how he conquered in his inner world exciting feelings, the mysteries of love, how out of all this he brought to light melodious songs born of excitement and shaking, and this is the main value of the performance for the audience.

Each of Shamshi's songs, sung during the course of the play, represents one by one the author's thoughts, different events in his life. The impressive world of the man who became a song mesmerises the audience, touches their heartfelt kindness and love, and awakens such noble moral qualities as wisdom and wisdom.

Young Audience Musical Theatre aims to engage the imagination of gifted teenagers and children interested in the arts through the musical Shamshi. We hope that young viewers will look at Shamshi, look at his work and see that the value of sacred art in the complex journey of life is so strong and pure that humanity can dedicate its life.
