Festive Concert Dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On 29 August 2025 at 19:00, the concert hall of the Yerkegali Rakhmadiyev State Academic Philharmonic will host a celebratory concert titled «Live On, Kazakh Nation!» performed by the Wind Orchestra named after Kairolla Zhumakenov. This special evening is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Constitution is the foundation of Kazakhstan’s statehood - a symbol of our unity, stability, and shared values. In honour of this significant milestone, the concert will feature renowned vocalists and talented musicians, presenting a rich programme filled with patriotic spirit. The audience will enjoy popular national songs, classical masterpieces, and contemporary works specially arranged for wind orchestras.

The evening will open with the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, followed by well-known pieces such as S. Baiterekov’s «Kazakhstan», Y. Brusilovsky’s «Shashu», K. Kumisbekov’s «The Dancing Birch», Sh. Kaldayakov’s «In the Arms of Happiness», «Akerke Akzhaiyk» and «In the Boat». The programme will also include musical interpretations of Abai Kunanbaiuly’s poetry and a new arrangement of Kurmangazy’s legendary «Adai» kui performed by the orchestra.

Among the performers are: Araylym Rakhymkyzy, Bibigul Zhanuzak, Parasat Otan, Altynshash Mukatayeva, Akbota Kusnadin, Aidan Zhumabayev, Akimkhan Mazhenov, Rinat Nurmakhan, Kuralai Meirambek, and Aizamat Zhyltyrkozov.

The concert will culminate in a powerful performance of Yerzhan Khasangaliyev’s iconic song «Atameken», presented by the wind orchestra, vocal soloists, and the Ceremonial Honour Guard.

The evening will be conducted by Dauren Rakhymgaliev.
