On March 9, the State Academic Philharmonic named after Yerkegali Rakhmadiev will present a recital by Botagoz Tashimova, artist of the Kazakh Orchestra, accompanist of the 1st mercury group. The concert program is diverse. The evening will be opened by «Waltz» by the classic of Kazakh music Akhmet Zhubanov, «Poem» by Mukan Tulebaev and the famous «Hungarian Dance» by Johannes Brahms will be performed. Sergei Rachmaninoff's Romances and Dmitry Shostakovich's 5 Pieces for 2 Violins will also open the evening.

Works by domestic composers also light up the evening. Arman Zhaiym's fantasy «Kuy dastan» testifies to the harmony of kobyz and modern music, and in the performance of the ensemble of kobyzists «Kyzdar bii» Nur Dautova, the viewer plunges into a national rhythm.

Concertmaster Anar Mezhkenova, as well as laureates of international competitions Arailym Turmaganbetova and Alina Auyeshan, as well as a teacher of the Kazakh National University of Arts Tolkynkhan Samgar will perform at the concert.
