French-style side dish (KATMK)

The comedy is set in a country estate, where the rooms are called «pigsty» or «cowshed»: the house used to be a farm. The husband eagerly sends his wife off to his mum's to spend the weekend with his mistress, but everything goes wrong. And so wrong, in fact, that one of the heroines, who happens to be in the house, is bewildered and throws up her hands:! Explain to me what I am, after all! A mistress. a cook, an actress, a model, a prostitute or a pig farmer?’ And that's only about the middle of a convoluted story with typically French nuances.
