«Qazaqstan» Kazakh Orchestra

Organised by the Kazakh Orchestra of the Erkeğali Rakhmadiyev State Academic Philharmonic under the Akimat of Astana, the concert «QAZAQSTAN» is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Mäkälım Qoyshybaev, Honoured Worker of the Arts of Kazakhstan and a celebrated composer.

During the evening, accompanied by the Kazakh Orchestra, the audience will be presented with Qoyshybaev’s three-movement Symphony for Kazakh Orchestra, along with his songs and other works.

Artistic Director and Chief Conductor: People’s Artist of Kazakhstan, Professor Aitqali Zhaiymov.
Conductor: Nurlan Bekenov, Cultural Figure and Composer.
Featuring: Altynbek Abilda (baritone), laureate of the State Youth Prize «Daryn», and international competition laureates Nūrqanat Tapiyev (tenor) and Äygerim Temirbekova (soprano).
