Meeting and Farewell

Life is fate! So many questions… The main characters, Katya and Mitya, love each other, but immaturity and pride lead to constant arguments, ultimately pushing them toward separation. Even after their divorce, with nowhere else to go, they continue living in the same apartment, becoming a source of irritation in each other’s lives. Though no longer married, they still keep a watchful eye on one another.

What causes the wave of divorces in today’s society? When the characters say, «We are separate souls», is it merely an explanation for the love that once burned brightly but couldn’t withstand life’s trials? Life is full of questions and few answers, and each character seeks their own understanding, learning through their personal journey.
