HC Arlan is a professional ice hockey club based in Kokshetau. The club was founded in 2009 on the initiative of the Kazakhstan Ice Hockey Federation, represented by Askar Mamin.

Since 2020, Arlan has been competing in the Pro Hokei Ligasy, the top-tier men’s hockey league. The club became the Champion of Kazakhstan in the 2017-2018 season and has also claimed five silver and three bronze medals in the national championship.

HC Arlan is the first and only club from Kazakhstan to have won the IIHF Continental Cup, achieving this historic success in the 2018-2019 season.
