The youngest son of a miller inherited nothing but a cat from his father, while everything else went to his older brothers. The young man had every reason to despair—except the cat turned out to be no ordinary feline, but a remarkably enterprising fellow. Thanks to the cat’s cleverness and business savvy, his master obtained everything a young man could dream of: a noble title, the king’s respect, a castle, great wealth, and the love of a beautiful princess.

             Tickets purchased at the Astana Opera are exchangeable and refundable only in cases of cancelled or postponed performances. In all other cases, no refunds and exchanges are possible.
