Sell Your Husband. B. Rimova Drama Theater

A well-off gentleman, enjoying himself at a resort, meets a young woman, and a brief intimacy develops between them. He assumes it was just a fleeting amusement. However, events take a completely unexpected turn. The young woman, genuinely in love with him, goes to his home to find him. There, she confronts his wife with a bold demand: «You’ve lost your charm, I am young, so sell me your husband». What starts as laughter soon turns into a serious predicament for the man. As the saying goes, «A playful calf may step into the fire». The play humorously and vividly explores how every human action leaves a trace, sometimes bringing consequences, while also reflecting on a world where even love can be treated as a commodity.
