Restless spirit

The play is set in the wealthy home of Charles Condomain, a successful playwright, and his new wife Ruth. Charles does not believe in the afterlife and intends to laugh at the ignorance of the popular Bohemian Spiritualists by inviting the extravagant Monsieur Arcati, a professional medium, to the party. At first the party goes as it should - conversations, jokes, mutual barbs. However, after the unusual séance begins, strange things begin to happen in the house.
