Long ago, the cunning Nightingale the Robber managed to defeat the legendary warrior Ilya Muromets through trickery, rewriting history and claiming all his heroic deeds and glory. Thanks to the elixir of immortality, Nightingale has survived to the present day - and now he seeks to resurrect the dark god Veles, to whom he once sold his soul. Only one family knows the truth. Professor Kiselev, the father of two brothers, discovers Muromets’ body frozen in a submerged cave in the Far North, the site of their final ancient battle.
