Across the thickness of centuries, the eyes of the great Emperor Nero gaze at us - a man whose bloody deeds we seem to know everything about… and yet know nothing at all.

Perhaps behind the mask of a ruthless killer there hides a frightened child, who placed his complete trust in his teacher Seneca?

A magnificent play - raw, tangible, “flesh and blood” - written in a living, contemporary language. A breathtakingly beautiful and vivid production, charged with tension and passion, leaving the audience stunned by the scale of its historical revelations.

Two great men - and each has his own truth. So who is more terrifying: the one who stands knee-deep in the blood of his loved ones? Or the one who preached kindness and humility?
