Masterpieces of one of the most enigmatic musicians and virtuosos of the 19th century – violinist and composer Niccolò Paganini – are presented by the artists of the Astana Opera orchestra and guest performer Vladislav Samoylov (Russia). The project is led by Bagdat Abilkhanov, Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan.
Musicians will perform a cycle of pieces – 24 Caprices for Solo Violin (op.1) and the Terzetto for Violin, Guitar and Cello by Niccolò Paganini.
Vladislav Samoylov is an Honoured Worker of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan and an active concert performer.
His solo repertoire includes viola concertos with orchestra by composers of various eras: A. Vivaldi, G. F. Telemann, J. S. Bach, C. P. Stamitz, N. Paganini, A. Schnittke, E. Denisov, G. Kancheli and others.
Since 2007, he has been the director of the Ufa Camerata Chamber Orchestra and the instrumental ensemble “Oscar Ensemble.”
Samoylov is distinguished by his vivid artistic individuality, persuasive interpretation and technical mastery.
