VIVALDI TCHAIKOVSKY

We invite you to an evening steeped in the magic of classical music!
This unforgettable concert will feature the outstanding works of Antonio Vivaldi and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

The soloists of the night are:
- People’s Artist of Kazakhstan Aiman Mussakhodzhayeva (violin)
- International competition laureate Batyrzhan Smakov (countertenor)

They will perform alongside the Sh. Kazhgaliyev Pop and Symphony Orchestra under the baton of chief conductor Nikita Govorov.

The concert opens with Vivaldi’s famed “Winter” from The Four Seasons - a vivid and exhilarating portrayal of winter’s frost and frozen stillness, woven together with powerful, dramatic passages for violin and orchestra.

Next, the audience will experience Nisi Dominus, one of Vivaldi’s grandest sacred compositions for soloists and orchestra. This baroque gem stuns with its emotional depth, spiritual richness, and virtuosic performance demands, revealing the brilliance of the era.
