Trip Schedule:

08:00 - Meeting point
08:30 - Departure
10:40 - Arrival at the parking area in “Botan” forestry zone
11:00-13:00 - Hike to Kaïrak Waterfall
13:00-14:00 - Picnic and rest by the waterfall
14:00-17:00 - Return hike to the bus
17:00-19:00 - Arrival back to Almaty

Timing is approximate and may vary depending on group punctuality, physical condition, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Children under 5 years - free (without a bus seat)

• Children 6-12 years - child ticket available

Turgen Gorge amazes with its beauty and natural landmarks. One of its most stunning spots is the Kaïrak Waterfall - the highest and most powerful in the area. It lies on the Bozgul River, a right tributary of the Turgen River. The hiking trail starts from the Batán area, where the Kishi Turgen and Turgen Rivers meet.
