The Golden Key

The theatre invites audiences to a carnival, the city is visited by the theatre of Karabas-Barabas. The puppet actors Malvina, Artemon, and Pierrot escape from the greedy and cruel Karabas-Barabas. Together with Buratino, they dream of creating the greatest theatre in the world and they succeed. Facing a series of adventures and trials, Buratino learns to distinguish good from evil. His courage, quick wit, charm, and kindness help him obtain the magical Golden Key. This fairy tale encourages children to reflect on complex questions independently and to learn through discovery.
