On the eve of Christmas, a close-knit family of mice is putting the finishing touches on their holiday preparations in their large country home. Suddenly, uninvited human guests intrude. For the mice, this is a worrying signal: all their traces must be hidden immediately. The stubborn mice are unwilling to give up their ground or surrender their home. The determined, tail-wagging rodents are fully resolved to drive out the two-legged intruders.
