This evening, we’ll explore it from A to Z, using the wines of Astoria, a Veneto producer working within Prosecco DOC and Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. We’ll talk about the Glera grape, the Charmat method, origins and zones, sugar styles, and why Prosecco became a global phenomenon.
