Premiere. The Play «The Seventh Day»
The Seventh Day is a play about a person left alone in a world that no longer understands them.
In a reality where algorithms learn empathy and people speak by instructions, a mistake becomes the last remaining sign of being alive.
The characters are not searching for salvation or truth - they are searching for someone to talk to. Their words collide with the cold logic of a system where care is replaced by scripts, empathy by protocols, and choice by terms of use.
This is a story about a failure that cannot be fixed.
About the attempt to be heard in a space where everything has already been recorded, classified, and stored.
About a future that may not have room for everyone.
The Seventh Day, based on the play «Error» by contemporary Kazakhstani playwright Alexander Ivankov, explores responsibility, the boundary between humans and what they create, and the moment where an algorithm ends and life begins.
