The People’s Beautiful Melodies

On January 29, in the heart of beautiful Kokshetau, a special creative evening titled «The People’s Beautiful Melodies» will take place, dedicated to the traditional singer Sarsenbay Khasenov, a performer whose soaring voice has long stirred the nation’s heart and a recipient of the Culture Sector Trade Union Excellence award.

This evening is a meaningful tribute that promotes the precious heritage of national song, an art passed down from generation to generation for centuries and lets the spirit and character of the people be felt through melody. Throughout the program, the audience will deeply experience the artistic power of traditional singing, reconnect with treasured works preserved in the nation’s memory, and once again affirm the timeless value of our national art.

The concert program will feature People’s Artist of Kazakhstan Kapash Kulysh; Zhanat Yesov, Honored Cultural Figure and recipient of the «People’s Gratitude» medal; Elmira Toleubayeva, Excellence in Culture award recipient; Ayakoz Kalmaganbetova, recipient of the state award «Shapagat»; laureates of national competitions Zamzagul Smagulova, Tukhanbek Alisher, Aisultan Khapsanatuly; as well as the «Ainakol» folklore ensemble and the «Gakku» dance ensemble.
